Here at The Imperial Hotel we offer a range of dining options to suit all tastes
and budgets, served seven days a week. Our very popular and renowned Water's Edge
Restaurant overlooking
Rocquaine Bay
and
Fort Grey
serves an A 'La Carte menu, Table d'hote dinner menu and our famous Sunday Lunch
Carvery. We also serve fresh Guernsey seafood straight from the bay including mussels,
scallops, crab and lobster.
Alternatively choose from our extensive range of home cooked bar meals in the comfort
of our Beau Rivage Lounge and Bar.
Afternoon Teas
Served daily, 2.30pm - 5.30pm (May - September only), enjoy delicious afternoon
teas during the summer months in our secluded beer garden or anywhere outside in
fact. Choose from a selection of fresh cut sandwiches, traditional cream teas and
Chefs' own gateaux and cheesecakes.
